Operational Excellence
Companies have the choice to either improve their productivity and quality, much like Toyota and Dell did with their factories in the USA(even with higher labor costs) or they face the situation in which they need to find an off-shore location where labor is cheaper. By implementing Operational Excellence programs, companies do not need to off-shore necessarily.
